Transforming an Anniversary Into a Storytelling Platform

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of Newmark Schools, the Gravitude team developed a comprehensive storytelling campaign designed to honor the past, capture the present, and inspire the future. A unifying narrative guided the campaign across a dedicated microsite, social media, print materials, invitations, environmental graphics, and a robust video storytelling library—creating a cohesive celebration of the Newmark community.

At the center of the effort were more than 50 short films featuring authentic voices from alumni, parents, teachers, and staff. Over two semesters, the team documented more than 50 on- and off-campus events—from classrooms and award ceremonies to outdoor activities and community service—capturing the everyday experiences that define the Newmark journey.

The campaign also honored the school’s origins by producing the founders’ story and digitizing historic footage to preserve Newmark’s legacy. A library of more than 100 branded social media graphics supported ongoing communications, while a commemorative brochure and a 150-foot timeline mural transformed the campus into an immersive celebration of the school’s history.

Together, the campaign turned Newmark’s 25th anniversary into a living archive of stories and milestones—celebrating its impact while inspiring the community for the years ahead.
