Creative Manager
Doreen has decades of experience creating professional visual communication and educational materials. She combines these skills with hands-on-design skills, strong planning, and a proven command of budgeting, scheduling, and personnel management to lead the company with strength and motivation. As Creative Manager, her keen eye for design ensures that all marketing materials are visually appealing and distinctive for clients.
For 14 years, she held the position of Vice President of Production and Manufacturing at People’s Education, an educational textbook company. She is an active member of LeTip International, Sussex Chamber of Commerce, and Sussex County Community College and maintains strong professional relationships within the community.
Doreen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fordham University and a Master of Science in International Marketing with a minor in Media Art.

Rich is a multidisciplinary Creative Director and Brand Leader with over 25 years’ experience creating and launching impactful ideas across a range of business categories. From building out strong Fortune 500 company promotions, to leading inventive rebrand projects for existing organizations in need of a marketing turn-around or giving startups the posturing needed to compete and hit the ground running, Rich’s entrepreneur self journey helps fuel his ambitious drive to see his client partners thrive!
Prior to founding Gravitude, Rich served as co-founder, Partner and Creative Director for Mutant Media NYC, where he led the creative team for the agency’s 17 years of success. Rich has built award-winning teams and have been fortunate to work with many exceptionally talented people both agency and client side. The focus is always brands first, whether creating a new brand launch or evolving an existing brand, Rich’s positive spirit and passion is the driving force for his life’s mission and living a fulfilled and adventurous creative life.
As a fine art photographer, I bring a keen passion for expressing authentic stories for my clients and their customers.
