Fozzi’s Foam Spray had early success in the UK and South Africa as a playful bath-time product, but the brand had no established presence in the U.S. Gravitude joined a turnaround team tasked with rapid entry into the American market and major retail channels.

We redefined the brand’s voice and unified messaging across all touchpoints, creating a vibrant identity that connected the product with moms while celebrating imaginative play for kids. Recognizing an opportunity to expand the concept, we evolved the positioning from a bath-time toy into a broader foam play experience - extending the brand into backyard fun and expanding its appeal from toddlers to preteen “foam warriors.”

To support the launch, Gravitude produced new photo and video assets and led an engaging social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook featuring playful animations, Ai, experiments, challenges, and user-generated content. Behind the scenes, we authored more than 75 pages of marketing, sales, and messaging content and equipped the sales team with presentations, product sheets, displays, and videos to support retail outreach—helping secure a pilot test with Kroger as the brand entered the U.S. market.
